You can download a torrent of one of the 104 languages of islamic materials (books, videos, audios, articles, apps, programms) from here:

It doesn't matter if you understand Arabic or not, just scroll down to find your language and  simply click the utorrent icon to get the torrent (it's located between the size and the date).
I will upload anyways some of the languages contents here, but it would be impossible to upload all of them by myself, because some have the size of over 100 GB. And my connection is very slow at present.
